Deactivate the auto-renewal of a domain name

If you don't need a domain name anymore and you do not wish to renew it, you can deactivate the auto-renewal function for this domain name.

  • Go to Client area -> My Domains
  • Press the button "'View Details" next to the relative domain name.
  • Press the button "Disable Auto Renew"

Note: When you disable the auto renew function of a domain name, the system will not create invoice. But you will receive all the relative notifications till the domain's expiration.
