Problems with non latin characters in filenames

When you upload files with non latin characters with a FTP program like Filezilla, the result is a link that is not work.

The problem is about the encoding of your system you use.
Our servers is full compatible with utf-8 encoding file names.

So, If you use the Filezilla for example apply the following settings:
File -> Websites Management -> Encoding -> Force UTF-8
