How fast is the response to support requests?
The answer is that it depends on the type of problem.
In most cases we provide the response / solution very quick in an average time of 20 minutes or may we need few hours depend on the problem.
Several functions are automated, some others require approval from us to be activated. Our automated system improves the customers service's responce time.
