Our services are accompanied by a money back guarantee within 15 days from the date of subscription.

If the Client is not satisfied with the level of services offered by the Company, he may request cancellation of this Agreement within 15 days from the opening of the account.

In case of cancellation within 15 days, the amount of assistance shall be returned to the Client.

If the amount of assistance includes additional costs (purchase domain name, purchase SSL, purchase static IP, the third commission or fees from banks or credit cards, installation costs, additional services), the amount is returned to the Customer after deduction of these expenses. No refund is made after the 15th day of the subscription.

This warranty is only applicable for the Hosting packages and not to all services provided by the Company, such as Domain Names, SSL etc.
